HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
After deciding the product(s), & quantity, simply click the blue “Add to Cart” Button that can be found at the top of each page below product title. Then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT / COMPLETE MY ORDER?
To complete your order you need to press “Proceed to Checkout” at the bottom of your cart page. If you don’t have an account, press “No account” and you will be able to checkout as a guest. Then enter your billing details and shipping address, we need them so that your payment will go through the payments processor and will be accepted. At the end choose the convenient payment method: Credit Card or PayPal. For both methods we provide, you automatically get Buyer’s Protection which means: Full Refund if you did not receive your order or Full or Partial Refund if your received order is not as it was described when you bought it.

HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT COUPON / PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODE TO GET THE DISCOUNT?
To use your coupon you need to add a product to cart and to apply the coupon in the box named “Have A Promotional Code?”. After clicking “Apply coupon” you will get the new price displayed at the bottom of the page.

HOW TO UPDATE AN ORDER IN THE CART?
You can either change the quantity or the selected attributes of the product(s) in the cart. If you are changing the quantity you need to press “Update Cart” at the bottom of the page to see the changed price. If you need to change the attributes click or tap “Edit” under the product title and you will be able to select again, then press “Update”  and you will see the updated item displayed in your cart.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 6 hours of placing the order.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) and PayPal (most of the credit cards).

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE STORE? 
All prices are shown in USD. Customers will be billed in USD as well. For our international friends your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your total with the current conversion rates applicable in your country of purchase.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
We have 3 warehouses in Europe, Liverpool, UK, in Oakland, CA, US and in Asia. For products in the EU and US warehouses the shipping is very fast from 2-7 days depending on how close is the customer to the warehouse. Also we want to offer rock bottom prices our products are delivered directly from our manufacturer. This is how we are able to pass the savings on to you!
Orders are shipped from Southeast Asia. As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages. Expect 2-4 weeks for arrival of the package.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to our shipping department which takes 1-2 working days to process. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us at sales@worldgadget.co within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

HOW LONG DO I WAIT UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?
Our handling time takes 1-3 days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
